The Bullet Buddy is designed to help you achieve a hand-cupped amplified harmonica sound whilst using a neck rack and keeping your hands free to play other instruments. It is ideal for multi-instrumentalists, one-man bands etc. It is also useful as an aid for players who find it difficult to hold the microphone and harmonica together effectively. The device works by attaching to your existing (Green Bullet*) microphone and holding the microphone and harmonica together in the rack. This allows you to get a better hand-cupped (Chicago Blues) tone than can be achieved with the harmonica in the rack on its own and the mic mounted separately. The Bullet Buddy is made of a tough but flexible material (TPU) and will accommodate almost all popular brands of 10-hole diatonic (Blues) harmonicas. *It also supports a wide variety of vocal and specialist harmonica (bullet) mics, although for simplicity, only the most popular option (for the Shure 520, Green Bullet) is available here. It has been designed and tested around a K&M 164-15 but is also compatible with the Hohner Flex Rack. Please note that this listing does not include microphones, neck racks, or harmonicas.
