- AUTHENTIC THAI SWEET BASIL – Highly aromatic herb with a warm, anise and clove flavour. Perfect for curries, stir-fries, noodle bowls, summer rolls, salads, homemade sauces, teas and garnishes. Produces plentiful leaves over a long season. Regular harvesting encourages dense, bushy growth and prolonged leaf production.
- SOWING MADE EASY – Sow January to July indoors or in a greenhouse. Lightly sprinkle seeds on the surface, do not bury, and keep warm (18–25°C). Transplant outside once frosts have passed.
- GROWING INSTRUCTIONS – Prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Ideal for pots, containers, raised beds or kitchen gardens. Space plants 25–30 cm apart. Water consistently and remove flower spikes to maintain leaf flavour.
- HARVEST & USE – Pick May to November. Use leaves fresh or freeze/air-dry for later use. Adds flavour depth to Thai curries, basil chicken, pho, ramen, coconut dishes and fresh summer salads. SEEDS: 1800 Approx.
