All 38 flower essences are made from a variety of wild plants, trees and bushes and each essence relates to a specific emotion or feeling that anyone might experience from time to time. The essences are suitable for all the family and vegetarian and vegan friendly. Directions Take an individual essence based on how you're feeling or create a combination of up to seven essences using a mixing bottle. Single essence use: place 2 drops directly onto your tongue or add 2 drops to water and sip regularly. Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) to mixing bottle.
