All 38 flower essences are made from a variety of wild plants, trees and bushes and each essence relates to a specific emotion or feeling that anyone might experience from time to time. However, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are the only flower remedies made with ‎mother tinctures prepared exactly according to Dr Bach’s specifications at his home, the Dr Edward Bach Centre, in Oxfordshire.‎ They are a range of 38 individual flower remedies. With the exception of Rock Water, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are flower essences ‎prepared from single wild flowers and tree blossoms.‎ Each remedy is used to gently balance out a specific negative emotion.‎ Ingredients Red Chestnut Flower Essence 20ml: Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of Red Chestnut Directions Place 2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add 2 drops to 30ml mixing bottle containing still spring water, and take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
