Product Description The Pro Ceramic Tong is the perfect styler to achieve the voluminous looks of the season. A stylish 19 mm barrel tong, it is perfect for creating curls and waves, with a brush sleeve attachment for adding volume and shape. With a high temperature of 195 degrees Celsius and a ceramic coated barrel, you can achieve beautiful curls with a high shine finish. The variable temperature gives you total control whatever your hair type, so those with thicker, curlier hair can work with higher temperatures, while those with fine, straight hair can use a lower heat to prevent damaging their hair. An auto shut-off feature ensures peace of mind if you ever accidentally leave your straightener on. A cool tip also helps to make styling safer. This styler is covered by a three-year , so you can feel confident buying it for yourself, or as a gift for a friend. Instructions for use Ensure hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling Press the button marked ‘I’ to turn the appliance on Select a heat setting by adjusting the dial on the side of the handle Allow the appliance to heat up for 60 seconds. Allow slightly longer if using on the higher temperature settings Pressing the lever, place the appliance midway up a section of hair and spread hair evenly between the lever and barrel Once hair is in place carefully let go of the lever so the hair is held securely between lever and barrel. Gently slide the appliance down to the hair ends Wind the hair around the barrel at a slight angle, so the hair wraps around the barrel in a spiral motion. As you wind the hair around the barrel, ensure the hair is distributed evenly so the entire section is touching the barrel, try not to overlay the hair Hold in place for 5-8 seconds depending on the texture and length of your hair To remove the appliance from the hair, press the lever and pull appliance away Allow the curl to cool before styling Repeat on each hair section After use press the button marked ‘0’ to switch off and unplug the appliance Allow to cool before storing away Brush Attachment Use the brush attachment to add root volume and shape to styles Make sure the barrel is cool and slide the brush attachment over the barrel until it clicks into place To remove the brush attachment, firstly make sure the barrel is completely cool, then lift the catch at the base of the brush attachment and slide the brush sleeve off On longer styles, be careful not to overlay the hair around the barrel as this may cause tangling Heat Settings: If you have delicate, fine or coloured hair, use the lower heat settings.For thicker hair, use the higher heat settings. It is suggested to always complete a test on initial use to ensure the correct temperature is used on the hair type.
