Ingredients An isotonic solution of purified water, sodium chloride (0.65%), potassium phosphate/sodium hydroxide buffer (to prevent nasal irritation), disodium EDTA, benzalkonium chloride, and alcohol. Directions Hold head upright and squeeze twice in each nostril. For drops, tilt head back and apply 2 to 6 drops in each nostril. Use as often as needed.
