Plant Protection Fleece - 2m x 100m (17gsm) Plant Protection Fleece can play an important role in protecting plants throughout the year but particularly during periods when more adverse weather conditions are experienced. The material allows water and light to pass through whilst simultaneously holds in the moisture and provides a favourable microclimate for plants to establish themselves and flourish. In addition, the material is treated to provide UV protection properties so plants can benefit from absorbing the right amount of UV. The extra layer of protection helps in reducing the occurrence of any rot and gives plants the best chance to grow strong and healthy without the need of using harmful chemicals. In the case of those more tender plants simply use additional wrapping if deemed appropriate.
