- Working principle: sublimation HTV vinyl is an advanced thermal transfer film that provides a transparent medium thanks to thermal transfer technology to connect the colour on the sublimation paper with textile fibres and create very realistic colours and details. It can solve the problem that the sublimation paper cannot transfer the pattern well to cotton clothes.
- Very easy to use: Compared to conventional sublimation sprays (irregular coating, fading and yellowing), our sublimation HTV vinyl is easier to use and has better results. First, our sublimation vinyl sheet is transferred to a T-shirt to form a smooth transparent layer, and then the pattern on the prepared sublimation paper is transferred to this smooth transparent layer (see detailed instructions in the pictures).
- Very high transfer rate: this sublimation heat transfer vinyl film can form a smooth transparent layer after transfer to textiles and integrate the pattern on the sublimation paper into the textile fibres to create very realistic colours and details. The transfer rate can be up to 99%, which displays the original pattern with vibrant and brilliant colours.
- Excellent performance: with our transparent sublimation HTV vinyl as a medium for dye sublimation printing, the printed patterns stick more firmly to the fabric. After testing, you can wash the fabric repeatedly without the pattern chipping, tearing, fading or yellowing. It can be widely used on various light fabrics such as cotton, polyester and blended fabrics to DIY T-shirts, sportswear, hats, bags and much more.
