Ashima's Flo-Tor Rotor is their lightweight, floating disc brake rotor. The float helps with modulation and feel of the brake system. The floating design also allows for better heat management and reduces the likely hood of a warped rotor or a number of other heat-related issues. With Ashima's skill and experience in lightweight rotors, it's no surprise that this is one of the lighter floating rotors on the market. The stainless steel brake surface works in both performance and modulation. It requires the same period of time as all rotors.
