Product Description Ideal for accuracy of cut and cleanliness of breakout High Concentration of Diamond Grit Premium synthetic diamond grit is used within the segment structure, allowing the Cores to be used on 'rotary only' for cleaner exit holes, improved performance and product life. Increased Segment Height - 9mm Industry standard segments can be as low as 7mm. The Armeg Dry Diamond Cores are designed with 9mm segments to increase product life. Castellated Barrel Each segment is seated and brazed into the barrel rather than being brazed onto a flat barrel as is the practice with standard products. This helps tip adhesion and gives the bond more strength helping to give longer product life. Optimum Segment Configuration The Armeg segment sits in balance with the body and gives relief internally and externally. This results in smoother and more accurate cutting and helps material core removal.
