Gently glide bristles back and forth against the teeth/gum surfaces without pressing hard for about 2 minutes while brushing your teeth. AAA Batteries included. Use only AAA alkaline batteries; Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline standard (carbon-zinc) with rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Warnings Children under age 3 should use under adult supervision. Do not submerge in water, the unit can be damaged. Caution: Replace brush every 3 months. Failure to do so could lead to brush head breakage and that could cause an injury. After every use, rinse brush head thoroughly. Do not use brush with damaged or loose parts.
