Directions Follow these steps to properly use your Aquafresh manual toothbrush: 1. Wet the toothbrush with warm water. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush. 3. Gently brush teeth and gums in a circular motion for at least 2 minutes. Be sure to brush the inner and outer part of the teeth, as well as the gum line. 4. Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and improve breath. 5. Gently brush the inner surface of the teeth in front at the top and bottom. 6.
