The APS Paderno World Cuisine 13" diameter round natural slate tray is black in color and creates a unique and impressive presentation for a variety of dishes from sushi to appetizers. The natural slate retains cool temperatures extremely efficiently. Each tray is sealed with clear varnish. It is food safe, waterproof, as well as oil and liquid repellent. Note that it is not dishwasher safe. Each slate tray has skid-resistant felt pads on the underside.
