• Preparation: Pour approximately 200 ml boiling water over a tea bag and let the tea steep for approximately 5-8 minutes. Then take out the tea bag with a spoon. Let the tea cool down to drinking temperature (approximately 37° C). Check the temperature. Prepare the tea freshly. Do not sweeten it additionally.
