Melafix API Melafix is an All natural treatment for bacterial infections. Melafix is designed to ease the transition of fish from store to home by reducing the risk of your fish developing diseases. If the store brought fish already carry a disease it can be difficult to spot. If an infected fish is introduced into a new aquarium there is a high risk of contaminating the other fish.
