Product description Gravity assisted feeders allow your ants to actively feed on our liquids Directions We recommend using a pipette to add to add any liquids of you can simply do this by hand and dipping the glass vial in a cup or mug or adding freehand. We advise when trying to tighten use the method by matching the thread of the feeder with the screw of the glass vial and trying to align and rotating anticlockwise this will usually result in a click which means both the thread and the screw have aligned and you can now tighten clockwise. If you think you have crossed the threads over simply undo the feeder and try again, it can happen. Try not to overtighten the feeder, just hand tighten but not with too much force. To undo the feeder simply rotate anticlockwise. Sometimes if any sugary liquid is stuck inside the feeder, it can cause the feeder to be difficult to untighten, simply run the feeder under warm water and untighten and should fix this issue. We recommend cleaning the feeder between using it by simply running under warm water, a cotton bud could also help if there are any debris.
