Remove the track kit from its packaging. 2. Select the pair of tracks you want to install on Cozmo. 3. Remove existing Cozmo tracks by pressing the buttons on either side of the track. 4. Install the new tracks by aligning them with the slots on Cozmo and pressing until they are securely fixed. 5. Repeat to install the other pairs of tracks according to your preference. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
