Anchor Sticktwist is a high-quality 6-thread embroidery thread, which is made from 100% particularly long Egyptian cotton fibres. Thanks to the particularly long Egyptian giza fibres and the double mercerisation, a special shine, a unique softness and an intensive light reflex. Each individual wire is double twisted. The flexible wire distribution of the Anchor stick twist allows you to always remove the desired thread thickness without unwinding the strand completely. Thanks to this feature, Anchor Sticktwist is suitable for all possible embroidery techniques. Anchor Sticktwist is ideal for cross stitch on fabrics with different thread numbers, as well as for free embroidery, embroidery and other counted embroidery. Anchor Sticktwist is tested for friction, sweat and water resistance. Plain yarns can be washed up to 95o and multicolor and ombre yarns up to 60o. The yarns are dyed according to international standards with regard to washing fastness and light and friction resistance.
