Product Description This colourless, lightweight primer hydrates, smoothes and preps lips for a seamless Lip colour application. The smooth wax formula glides on clear and can also be used alone as a hydrating lip conditioner. Directions 1. Apply the primer to clean, dry lips as the first step in your lip makeup routine. 2. Use your finger or a lip brush to gently dab and blend the primer over your lips. 3. Wait a few seconds for the primer to set and become tacky before applying lip color. 4. For best results, use a lip liner to define and fill in your lips before applying lip color. 5. Reapply the primer throughout the day as needed to keep lips hydrated and smooth.
