Sharpen the lip liner to a fine tip. 2. Line your lips with the lip liner and follow the natural shape of your lip line. 3. For a fuller look, fill your lips with the lip liner. 4. Dab your lips with a tissue to remove excess product. 5. Apply your favorite lipstick or shine over the lip liner for added color and shine. 6. To maintain the lip colour all day, reapply the lip liner as needed. 7. To remove the lip liner, use a makeup remover or a gentle cleanser.
