Product Description Amisa Organic Gluten Free Pure Wholegrain Oats are reassuringly batch tested for gluten using the ELISA method. Whether enjoyed in a bowl of warming porridge, or in delicious bakes; oats provide a great source of soluble fibre and keep you feeling full for longer. Love oats? Ingredients Ingredients: wholegrain oats* (100%). Gluten free. *= certified organic ingredients. Not suitable for nut, sesame, soya, mustard or lupin allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods. Directions Pour 50g Amisa oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of the two) and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to the boil and simmer for 4-5mins, stirring from time to time. For microwave: Mix the above mentioned ingredients in a microwavable bowl and mirocwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for two minutes.
