AJ's Shopping Den Weight Lifting Hooks (Pair) — Padded Neoprene Wrist Support Straps with Steel Hooks for Deadlifts, Pull Ups, Rows & Shrugs — Adjustable Gym Wrist Wraps for Men & Women — Black

• HEAVY-DUTY STEEL LIFTING HOOKS — Skip the failed grip. AJ's Shopping Den lifting hooks feature strong, coated steel hooks that lock onto any standard barbell, dumbbell or cable machine attachment, so your forearms stop limiting your deadlifts, rows, shrugs and pull-ups.
• THICK NEOPRENE WRIST SUPPORT — Each strap is lined with soft, high-density neoprene padding that cushions and stabilises the wrist, reducing strain on high-rep sets so you can train longer without chafing or discomfort.
• FULLY ADJUSTABLE, NON-SLIP FIT — The hook-and-loop closure adjusts to fit any wrist size securely, keeping the strap locked in place through your heaviest sets — no re-wrapping or slipping mid-set.
• VERSATILE GYM ESSENTIAL — Built for deadlifts, barbell rows, lat pulldowns, shrugs, pull-ups and strongman training — a practical grip-support alternative to weightlifting gloves for men and women of all levels
• SOLD AS A PAIR — BLACK OR PINK — Every order includes 1 pair (2 hooks) from AJ's Shopping Den, backed by our commitment to quality and customer support. Choose Black or Pink to match your kit — same durable construction in both colours.

Stop letting your grip fail before your muscles do. AJ's Shopping Den Weight Lifting Hooks are designed for lifters who want to push heavier deadlifts, rows, shrugs and pull-ups without their forearms giving out first. Each pair features a strong, coated steel hook that attaches securely to barbells, dumbbells and most machine attachments, paired with a thick neoprene wrist pad that cushions pressure points during long or heavy sets. The adjustable hook-and-loop strap wraps comfortably around the wrist and locks in place, so there's no slipping, re-gripping or lost reps mid-set. Lightweight, breathable and built to handle serious training volume, these hooks are a practical alternative to bulky lifting gloves — ideal for powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman and general strength training. Suitable for men and women, one size fits most. Sold as one pair (2 hooks) per order, available in Black or Pink. Backed by AJ's Shopping Den — if you're not satisfied, our customer support team is on hand to help.
