About this item
  • ETERNAL SYMBOL OF CONNECTION: Expertly engraved with a golden moon and star, the "ALWAYS" message serves as a constant reminder that love transcends distance and time. Whether it's a long-distance pocket hug or a tribute to a soul no longer present, this stone bridges the gap between hearts.
  • GENUINE HAND-POLISHED RIVER ROCK: Each 8.5cm x 6.4cm stone is selected from natural black river rock and hand-polished to a smooth, soothing finish. Unlike cheap resin, its substantial weight and silky texture provide a grounding physical anchor for those experiencing anxiety or waves of grief.
  • A LASTING ALTERNATIVE TO FLOWERS: While traditional flowers wither, this deeply etched metallic gold keepsake remains. It’s a meaningful bereavement gift for the loss of a mum, dad, or pet, offering a permanent source of comfort that stands the test of time in loving memory of a dear one.
  • THOUGHTFUL "LOVE SHINES" KEEPSAKE CARD: Included is a premium textured sentiment card with the inspiring quote: "Love shines even in the dark." This artistically designed card complements the stone beautifully, helping you express profound sympathy when words alone are not enough.
  • COMPLETE GIFT-READY PACKAGE: Your memorial stone arrives nestled in a luxurious black velvet drawstring pouch. It’s an elegant, complete package for memorial services, "thinking of you" presents, or sympathy care packages, requiring no additional wrapping to send a heartfelt hug in the post.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
