About this item
- 47-INCH ONE-PIECE DESIGN:This round inflatable snow tube features a single air-filled body and a bright, colourful pattern. A fun alternative to a rigid plastic sledge for winter outings and suitable snowy slopes
- TWO SIDE HANDLES:A handle on each side gives riders a convenient place to grip while sledging. The handles are positioned within reach, making them easy to hold during supervised snow play and family winter adventures
- HAND-PULL TOW ROPE:Use the attached rope to pull the unoccupied snow tube across level snow and move it between runs. For manual pulling only; never connect the rope to a car, snowmobile or other motorised vehicle
- INFLATE, DEFLATE & STORE:Inflate fully according to the supplied instructions before use, then release the air after your snow-day outing. The deflated tube takes up less storage space between winter holidays and family trips
- WINTER FUN & GIFT IDEA:Bring colour to snow games, school holidays and family outings on snowy days. A cheerful seasonal gift idea for Christmas or winter birthdays, subject to the recipient's age and weight requirements

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
