This African Lily is a very hardy plant, fast growing and drought tolerant. These plants are a real stunner in any garden, and they will grow exceptionally well in any patio pot or container. Agapanthus grows in fertile, well-drained soil, best in a sunny position. When growing Agapanthus in patio pots, use soil based compost, such as John Innes No. 3.
