Directions 1. Wet the toothbrush bristles with water. 2. Apply toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Place the toothbrush in the mouth, at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line. 4. Gently brush back and forth in short strokes. 5. Brush all surfaces of the teeth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 6. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7.
