The oils in this blend are Tangerine, Bergamot, Lavender, Petitgrain, Eucalyptus Globulus, Cedar, Clary, Patchouli, Lime, Vetiver, Clove, Chamomile, May Chang, Ylang Ylang, Cardamom, and Hay Oil. Ingredients Contains 100% pure, natural and undiluted Tangerine, Patchouli and Clary Sage essential oils Directions To create an anti-stress atmosphere and a sense of peace and calm throughout your space, you can place 6 drops with water in an Oil Burner or Aroma Diffuser, or place a few drops on a tissue and inhale. You can also dilute up to 8 drops in carrier oil or bath oil and pour them under warm bath water. Mix a total of 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and then massage into feet and legs to promote warmth and soothe daily tension and stress.
