Product Description The difference between the standard solid coconut oil and fractionated coconut oil, is that the latter has had it’s long-chain triglycerides (LCT) removed. This leaves a lighter, less greasy liquid oil rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), that’s less likely to clog the skins pores. With a comedogenic rating of 2-3, fractionated coconut oil is suitable for all skin and hair types, especially dry skin.
