Whilst I am no expert, I truly believe I have lived a life that puts me in the best position to guide you. Everything we reflect on this year, I have done in previous years and have seen so much growth mentally and spiritually. I will never advise you to do what I myself have not done; that I assure you of! This year is going to be quite confronting in the sense that, we are going to really look at ourselves which can be quite an ugly process. We may even begin to let go of things that have been holding us back whilst also allowing ourselves to receive what is truly ours. I encourage you to keep up with the process even when it hurts.
