These direct thermal shipping labels are intended for use with direct thermal label printers. Each label measures 100 × 150 mm (4 × 6 inches), a commonly used size for shipping, courier, and logistics labels. The labels are supplied on rolls of 500, with pack options available in 1, 5, 10, or 20 rolls. The labels are made from 70 gsm direct thermal paper and are designed for printing without ink, toner, or ribbons. A hot melt adhesive is used to allow the labels to adhere to a range of packaging surfaces such as cardboard boxes, envelopes, and poly mailers. The labels are mounted on a 60 gsm white glassine liner to support consistent feeding and easy removal from the roll. These labels are suitable for use with direct thermal printers that support the 4 × 6 inch format. They are not compatible with inkjet or laser printers. Designed for general shipping and fulfilment use.
