Transform your patio into a vibrant haven with Clematis 'Nubia Boulevard'. This climber is ideal for delivering stunning vertical displays in your garden. 'Nubia Boulevard' is a compact, deciduous climber that reaches approximately 1.5m in height, making it ideal for patios, balconies, or small gardens. From late spring through early autumn, it produces an abundance of deep red, velvety, star-shaped flowers with dark centres, each up to 15cm wide. These striking blooms not only add a splash of colour but also attract pollinators like bees and butterflies, enhancing the biodiversity of your garden. The included Tower Pot Planter with Trellis is crafted from durable plastic with a gold-painted effect, standing 1.3m tall and 37cm in diameter. It holds over 20 litres of compost, offering ample space for root growth. This planter is perfect for supporting the 'Nubia Boulevard' clematis, allowing it to climb gracefully and showcase its stunning flowers. To ensure your clematis thrives, plant it in well-draining soil with its roots shaded and top growth in the sun. Regular watering is essential, especially during dry periods. In early spring, prune back the previous year's stems to a pair of strong buds about 15-20cm above ground level to encourage vigorous growth and abundant flowering. With its compact size and extended blooming period, 'Nubia Boulevard' pairs beautifully with other sun-loving plants like lavender or ornamental grasses, creating a harmonious and colourful display. Supplied as an established plant in a 10.5cm pot, ready to plant, plus the Tower Pot Planter with Trellis.
