Usage steps: preparation Make sure your fingers are clean and dry, free of nail polish, dirt, or false nails. Sit quietly and rest for 5 minutes, avoiding measuring after exercise or when hands are cold. Wear a pulse oximeter Open the clip and fully insert the index or middle finger into the probe, with the nail facing upwards. Ensure that the fingers are in close contact with the sensor, but the clamp should not be too tight (based on not obstructing blood circulation). Start measurement Press the power button to turn on the device, keep your hands still, and avoid shaking. Wait for 5-15 seconds until the screen displays stable blood oxygen saturation (SpO ₂) and pulse rate (PR) values. Read results Normal range: SpO ₂: 95% -100% (healthy population) PR： 60-100 times/minute (adult resting state) Abnormal prompt: If SpO ₂<94% or PR remains abnormal, it is recommended to repeat the measurement and consult a doctor. End of use Release the clamp and remove the finger. The instrument usually shuts down automatically after 8 minutes of inactivity.
