The particularly hard material makes the chopping board more resistant to moisture, more hygienic and ensures that your knife stays sharp for longer. The thickness of 10 mm makes the board particularly solid and also dimensionally stable. Choptima is available in three carefully selected sizes, so you are covered with the three chopping boards in the series for all tasks in daily meal prep, whether you're cutting herbs, chopping vegetables, or cutting bread. The three sizes are the same thickness and can also be used very well for serving at the table - for bread, sausage, cheese and tapas dishes.
