About this item
- A 13"x10" (33 x 25.4cm / 330 x 254mm) black picture frame, sized to hold a landscape photo, print or certificate of exactly that size, ideal for a desk-side wall or above a sofa.
- Glossy black acrylic molding, 33mm wide and 25mm deep with a 10mm rebate, gives the frame a modern, light-catching edge that pairs well with black-and-white prints and art prints alike.
- Hooks only, so this size hangs on the wall in portrait or landscape orientation; no tabletop stand is included, so plan a picture rail or a nail on the wall before you open the box.
- A safe, durable choice for homes with kids and elderly, and a ready-made gift for weddings, graduations, housewarmings or any moment you want to frame a 13 by 10 inch memory on the wall.
- A thoughtful gift for weddings, graduations and housewarmings, ready to display a treasured photograph from the moment it is unwrapped and easy to hang or stand wherever it is wanted.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
