HELICAL CRACK STITCH BARS For carrying out reinstatement crack stitch repairs to existing masonry or block work. FEATURES: Grade 304 austenetic stainless steel Dimension 1000mm x 6mm Sheer load 8.1kN - Tensile load 9.75kN Invisible repair Excellent bonding capability Structure stabilised to original strength To install Helical crack stitch bars you will require anchor grout, a mortar gun applicator, a mixing paddle, finger trowel and grouting nozzle. INSTALLATION NOTES: Vertical spacings to be 450mm centers, (approx every 6 brick courses) Chase out slot depths of 35mm Vacuum and flush slots with clean water Helical Bar to extend 500mm either side of the crack Pump a bead of anchor grout to the back of the slot Embed Helical bar into the grout ensuring a good covering of the grout Apply another bead of grout Re-point
