The 610 M-D Infinergy active is suitable for the comfort-oriented mountain biker and sporty-oriented trekking rider. The relief of the perineum area is very large at 82%. The popular saddle model 610 M-D is now also available in a variant: made in Germany. Consisting of the BASF Infinergy material, this offers many advantages for every cyclist in terms of comfort, cushioning and back-friendliness. Especially on long tours, off the road, the Infinergy material takes comfort to a new level thanks to its quick reset. The cover is not pulled over the saddle as with classic saddles. There are only "tapes" in the important places. These are automated and bonded to the Infinergy foam without glue. The new active technology, with a softer and easier movement, supported. Thanks to the SQlab active saddle technology, the saddle follows the pedal movement, the comfort increases, the intervertebral discs are mobilised and the pressure on the seat bones is minimised. Pain in the lumbar area, especially on longer tours, can be reduced. The manufacturing technology has been developed by the company Oechsler in Ansbach, a major automotive supplier, already developed a few years ago for a major sporting goods manufacturer. SQlab and Oechsler have then optimised this process together for saddles. The local source of the SQlab "Made in Germany" products not only mean from an ecological point of view that the long transport route is eliminated, but also that the production runs extremely efficiently and are subject to strict German guidelines for harmful substances. Local manufacturing, quality assurance and durability are crucial for the SQlab project.
