This is action for FIVE 300W bulb only for Fresnel Tungsten light. Package include: (5) 300W bulb. Note: 1.Enough power supply, 13A or better 16A. 2.Do not use extension cords. Plug the light directly into the wall. 3.Do not touch the glass part when using the bulbs. 4.Don't worry. The first time use there will be some smoke coming out, it will only last about 20 minutes (unless something inappropriate is placed on the fixture), as there will be dust/fat burning pieces inside the fixture. This is normal. 5.Do not cover anything in front of the lamps.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
