A tub containing 5 Litres (approx 1.5kg) of quality Bourbon Soaked Oak wood chips suitable for all hot smokers, stovetop smokers and smoking guns. These chips are ground to a consistency that gently smoulder so a little bit goes a long way. Supplied in a tamper proof resealable tub - approximate dimensions: 20cm high x 21cm diameter. Oak soaked in whiskey is great for red meats, ribs and especially venison. All our Wood Chips are Chemical Free and from Sustainable Sources (Be aware: Always make sure you know where your wood has come from as wood chips created with oily chainsaws or from builders merchants can be contaminated with oil, chemicals or traces of MDF)
