We recommend using the WDT tool to break up clumps in ground coffee, reducing channeling and spurting during extraction. Please tamp the ground coffee evenly. Tamping unevenly causing water to favor one side. Then use a coffee dispenser to compress the coffee powder. You can try to solve this problem via YOUTUBE.
