Pen colour or colours 2. Imprint details - up to 3 lines of text and/or logo. Our default font is Arial but if you’d like a different font just ask as that’s no problem. We recommend not over 32 characters and/or spaces per line. We can engrave longer lines but the font size may need to be reduced. To send a logo – under “Select contact reason” choose “Other” – this will allow you to send us an attachment. We centre all text unless otherwise specified. One line imprint: By default we use 10pt font size. Two line imprint: By default we use 8pt font size. Three line imprint: By default we use 7pt font size. Unless otherwise specified we engrave the business name on the top line, website on the second line and phone on third. We usually post the following working day after ordering, but it can take longer if particularly busy or if the imprint needs to be confirmed by the customer. We copy and paste engravings exactly as the customer has typed. We don’t correct spellings or make any changes. All pens come with Black Ink.
