500ml High Quality Grade Liquid Silicone Rubber Estimated Curing Time: 3-5H at 25°C Pot life time approximately 30-40 mins. This is a two-part product which includes a liquid silicone and tin catalyst. Great tensile and tear strength with low shrinkage: 20 Shore Hardness. High elasticity allowing for easy removal of moulded products. Operation instructions: Step 1: Prepare the original moulds. Make your original moulds perfect. Fix the original mould on a board , then use four pieces of board to enclose the original mould. Step 2: Take 100g parts A and add 3g parts B and mix them evenly. *Notes: Mould making silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid, it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of flowing white liquid and part B is the curing agent or catalyst. Please follow these steps closely: 1. Weigh the two parts exactly using an electronic weighing scale. If the measurements are not precise, for example too much catalyst is added, the operation time will be too fast to operate, which will cause inconvenience in operation. 2. Mix part A and part B evenly. Otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and this will cause difficulties in your final operation. Furthermore, the finished moulds will have a short life, resulting in a waste of silicone rubber. Step 3: Vacuum pumping(optional). Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available. Step 4: Pouring casting or Brush operation.
