Product description Microbial Rennet Tablets โ Vegetarian Cheese Coagulant from Rhizomucor Fermentation Craft smooth, flavorful cheese with our microbial rennet tablets, made through the controlled fermentation of Rhizomucor miehei, a non-animal enzyme source. Each tablet coagulates up to 50 liters (13 gallons) of milk, delivering consistent curd formation for a wide range of cheeses. Ideal for vegetarian cheese making, these tablets are shelf-stable, easy to use, and perfect for both home and small-scale dairy production. Directions Mix 20-30 ml of clean water (without chlorine) with a splash of lemon or vinegar. Crush Titanium Lab tablet and dissolve in the solution. Mix until completely dissolved. Put the liquid into the approx. 35ยฐC heated milk. Stir slowly and evenly for three minutes. Leave mixture for 25-40 minutes or until clotting. Cut the curd, then follow the steps to make the desired type of cheese.
