Fitting these end caps is really straight forward. Once a little silicone sealant has been applied to the underside of the short lip on top of the end cap, just push into place. Cut Base Bar and Top Capping to length of polycarbonate Fit rubber gasket to tracks on either side of Base Bar Pre-drill fixing holes between toothed up-stand Fixings no more than 500mm apart, and within 100mm of ends Screw the Base Bars to rafters using 5mm wood screws Slide profile up base bar, ensuring section has hooked into rail Peel film from edges of polycarbonate and sit in place Position capping over bar and push onto up-stand to seal Fit end closure to polycarbonate Apply silicone under top lip of end cap and push onto capping
