There are 4 designs per set and will emboss patterns into your icing. They are food-safe, non-toxic, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. They are made from flexible plastic which is much firmer than silicone but can bend slightly.
• 4 INTRICATE DESIGNS: There are 4 pattern designs in this kit. There is a wood design which when pressed into the icing, gives a bark design that looks realistic as it contains wood knots. There is also a brick weave pattern which can also give the illusion of tiles when used. Use the cobble and pebble stone designs to create a textured path or building.
• NON-STICK TRAYS: As the moulds are flexible, you can easily remove your fondant or chocolate. Once you have pressed your design into your mould, we recommend putting it in the fridge to set. This will ensure that the icing isn't too flexible or sticky when it's removed. You can then slightly bend the tray and remove your design with ease.
