Clean with a dry cloth, do not use cleaning products or immerse in water. We recommend using the lamp regularly as it may continue absorbing water when unlit. If your lamp is leaking or pooling water this is generally due to it being switched off for extended periods, especially in areas of high humidity. To remedy this, leave in strong sunlight for 4 to 5 hours and brush off any excess crystals. Then gently wipe with a dry cloth and turn the lamp back on
