Product Description Gardenia, from Guardini of Italy, is a qualtiy range of Teflon coated non-stick bakeware, with shapes suited for all your baking needs. This roasting dish is ideal for roasting all types of meat joints, as well as potatoes and other vegetables, shepherd's pie and lasagne. Its deep sides allow the meat to sit in cooking sauces or fats whilst in the oven. Alternatively using the rack allows you to cook meats without sitting in the fats and oild thereby promoting healthy eating. The superior non-stick coating can be used in the oven to 230C, 450F or Gas Mark 8, and will give perfect results every time. Cleaning is easy as well, either in a dishwasher or by hand in hot soapy water. The product can also be used in the fridge or freezer.
