About this item
  • ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ.๐Ÿ“ ๐ˆ๐๐‚๐‡ ๐•๐ˆ๐๐“๐€๐†๐„ ๐๐‘๐Ž๐–๐ ๐“๐‘๐„๐„ ๐‚๐Ž๐‹๐‹๐€๐‘: The wooden hexagon collar has a 31.5-inch base diagonal, 26-inch top diagonal and 9.8-inch height. Its six-sided surround covers the tree stand. Check the stand footprint against the interior space. Diagonal measurements differ from the distance between opposite sides.
  • ๐•๐ˆ๐๐“๐€๐†๐„ ๐๐‘๐Ž๐–๐ ๐–๐ˆ๐“๐‡ ๐‘๐„๐ˆ๐๐ƒ๐„๐„๐‘ ๐ƒ๐„๐“๐€๐ˆ๐‹: Solid wooden panels carry a reindeer motif and Merry Christmas lettering on the front. The vintage brown finish continues around the hexagonal surround. Place the decorated panel facing the room so the motif and lettering remain visible beneath the Christmas tree branches.
  • ๐‹๐€๐“๐‚๐‡ ๐‡๐ˆ๐๐†๐„๐’ ๐€๐๐ƒ ๐๐ˆ๐๐’ ๐…๐Ž๐‘ ๐€๐’๐’๐„๐Œ๐๐‹๐˜: The panels connect using latch hinges and small pins supplied for the collar. Join the sections around the existing tree base to form the hexagonal surround. The hinged design allows the collar to be assembled for Christmas and taken apart again when the display is removed.
  • ๐…๐Ž๐‹๐ƒ๐ˆ๐๐† ๐–๐Ž๐Ž๐ƒ๐„๐ ๐๐€๐๐„๐‹๐’ ๐…๐Ž๐‘ ๐’๐“๐Ž๐‘๐€๐†๐„: The collar can be folded after disassembly to reduce the space required between seasonal displays. Keep the small pins with the wooden sections when putting it away. Retaining the matching components together prepares the cover for assembly around the tree in a later season.
  • ๐‘๐€๐ˆ๐’๐„๐ƒ ๐–๐Ž๐Ž๐ƒ๐„๐ ๐“๐‘๐„๐„ ๐’๐“๐€๐๐ƒ ๐‚๐Ž๐•๐„๐‘: Use the six-sided panels to conceal the tree base as an alternative to a fabric skirt spread across the floor. The shaped surround adds a defined border below the branches. Check the stand dimensions before positioning it inside the collar; the tree still relies on its own stand.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
