Uses our exclusive waterbased acrylic Zuperpaint. Once dry it is water resistant. Until dry it can be removed with soap and warm water. For best glow brightness paint over a white primer (not a dark background). The glow will charge up with strong sunlight, many light bulbs or UV blacklight (which works the best).
