Rubber marine fuel hose is suitable for delivery of diesel and petrol marine fuel. The tube is composed of a black nitrile rubber, with a smooth black chloroprene rubber cover. High tensile polyester fibres are weaved between the layers to provide the hose with reinforcement. Sizes above 19mm also have an embedded steel wire helix reinforcement. Our marine hose is abrasion, ozone, weather, heat and oil resistant, also resistant to flame and sea conditions. ISO 7840 Type A1 (5mm > 19mm), ISO 7840 Type A2 (25mm > 51mm) Diesel & Petrol Marine Fuel Delivery Hoses. Black rubber marine fuel delivery is a fire resistant fuel hose suitable for loading diesel, leaded and unleaded fuels with an aromatic content not exceeding 50%, for small crafts of up to 24m length of hull with permanently installed inboard engines. According to EN ISO 7840 type A1 (permeability up to 4 g/m2 hour) and exceeding the requirement of type A2 (permeability up to 12 g/m2 hour). Complies with the essential requirements given in the European Directive for small crafts 94/25/EC.
