Used in commercial combination ovens, microwaves, and other accelerated counter top cooking high speed ovens. All Essentialware Teflon Baskets and Mesh products are made from PTFE material and suitable for safe food contact. Safe for temperatures up to 550°F or 287°C. Basket and mesh products are re-usable for hundreds of cooking cycles. Non-Stick PTFE surface makes basket and mesh clean-up quick and easy.
